Most services are available by appointment, and some can be provided on a walk-in basis. We recommend booking ahead to guarantee availability.
Not all services are free. Some NHS Funded services are free, for others normal NHS charges apply, such as the New Medicine Service or Post-Discharge Support, are free for eligible patients. Private services have a set fee, which will be confirmed before your appointment.
Please bring a form of ID and any relevant medical information, such as your prescription, hospital discharge letter, or vaccination history.
Most appointments take between 15–30 minutes, depending on the service. Some services, such as 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, require equipment to be worn for a full day.
Yes. With your consent, we can share relevant results and updates directly with your GP to ensure continuity of care.
